Oaktown Paving and Haulage officially started in 2004 by owner and operator, Claudio Tassone. However he was handed his first rake and shovel by his dad at the age of eleven. (ahem...30 something years ago).
Driving past a freshly paved driveway can offer a compliment or stepping over a large puddle while walking in a parking lot can produce a pretty nasty comment. His conscience pushes him to produce the best piece of art regardless of what type of job it is.
ALWAYS A PAVER
Even when Claudio was at high school his days off, weekends and summers were paving with his dads company Oakville Paving.
TRUCKING FOR THE BIG GUYS
Claudio decided to branch out on his own and start his own business "Oaktown Paving & Haulage Ltd". He started out by renting his trucks out to the larger paving and excavation companies.
RETURN TO PAVING
Claudio always knew that he would return to paving. If you love what you do it's not really working.
